Returns and Refunds accepted within 14 days from when delivered ( On full priced products only )providing proof of purchase.
Item must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.
No Marks, Stains, Smells or Damage will be accepted.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at, this includes sale items.
The return can be rejected if any of the above Policy Terms are not met.

How long will it take to receive your order?
We send all orders within 1 day of you placing your order. If you need your parcel for a special occasion and you think it may not get there in time once you have placed your order on our website please send us a message via instagram and we will ensure it is there on time.
we also recommend for local customers to use our click and collect service as it is free.
